"Service felt a bit unwelcoming"
The food was okay overall, nothing bad, but the service kind of threw off the visit. Our server seemed a little annoyed even when we asked simple questions, like what came with one of the dishes. It just felt cold, and we didn’t really get that welcoming vibe you hope for when eating out.

"Decent drinks, but nothing that really stood out"
The drinks were fine overall, and they had the basic stuff you’d expect. The weird part is, I was kind of expecting a few more interesting options, but the selection felt standard. Not bad, just not really amazing either.

The food was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but my gut feeling was that it just wasn’t worth what they were charging. I left feeling like I’d paid too much for a average meal

The Loon is in a solid spot, easy enough to find and super close to other downtown stuff. If you’re already nearby, it’s def convenient and not a hassle to get to.
Parking was the annoying part for me tbh. I had to circle around for a while and ended up walking a few blocks, which wasn’t awful, just kinda irritating. Overall, decent place but that parking situation keeps it at 3 stars for me.

The food was fresh and cooked right, like not overdone or weird. It tasted a lot better than I was thinking it would, so that was nice

So, I ended up getting the wrong items, which was a little annoying. The food itself was still okay, but it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting

"Long wait and confusing experience"
I was really hoping this visit would go smoothly, but the wait ended up being way longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was that no one really kept us updated, so I wasn’t sure if things were almost ready or if we’d be sitting there forever. Some parts seemed fine, which is why it felt like mixed signals, but overall I just got tired of waiting around and it kind of ruined the visit for me

"I don’t know why, but it just didn’t feel very clean"
I don’t know why, but I expected the place to feel a lot cleaner. The tables were kind of sticky, and the bathrooms looked like they could’ve used some attention. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely made the visit less enjoyable.

"Really fun spot to hang out"
I really liked the vibe here. It’s relaxed, but you still get that good energy, especially later in the night. The music wasn’t blasting, which I appreciated, and the crowd felt friendly. It’s just an easy place to grab a few drinks, chill with friends, and not overthink it. I’d definitely come back.
